Audit Executive

PHA Assessor is an auditor / assessor who is responsible for conducting Process Health Assessments for various Processes in the Bank

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct sample audits (assessments ) ensuring all departments and steps are in scope of PHA

2. Identify value adding process improvement ideas

3. Calibrate with stakeholders on the observations noted in the audits and prepare Monthly Dashboard

4. Identify the gaps in process design as well as execution errors

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Experience: 2 + years preferably in BFSI domain in Ops, Audit or Underwriting for Retail Loans ( Either Home /Business/ Auto/ Education/ Personal/ Gold Loans)

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate needs to possess the following:

• Experienced and worked for Retail Assets for at least 2 years
• Well versed with Processes and Policies for Retail Assets product managed in the current stint.

Efficient and confident communicator

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.Role & responsibilities
