Job Description
Qualifications:
- B. Com / M. Com Completed
- Good understanding of basic accounting and Journal entries.
- Must know - Excel, Word, Tally and Email Writing.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Participate in internal statutory audits and assist in evaluating compliance checklists.
- Department Visits: Visit various departments to understand and assess compliance and operational processes.
- Bookkeeping Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Audit Team Participation: Contribute as a team member in audits related to Income Tax, GST, and TDS matters.
- Audit Execution: Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed working papers and audit documentation.
- Compliance Checks: Verify compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Process Understanding: Gain an understanding of the clients business processes to identify potential risks.
- GST and TDS Audits: Support in GST compliance checks and TDS audits as part of the audit process.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to collect necessary data and respond to audit-related queries.
- Reporting: Assist in drafting audit observations and findings for review by senior auditors.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure audit timelines are met.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
