• Evaluation and improvement of Cash Flow software. Preparation of daily system/excel cash flow with zero errors, utmost accuracy and time consciousness. Ensure that the daily Bank balance tallies with the cash flow and no overdraft.
• Monitoring of the daily balances in all the bank accounts relating to the mutual fund schemes. Ensure that subscription amounts are optimally utilized and incidences of overdraft and under utilization are nil.
• Ensure the smooth NFO set up at RTA and Bank. Ensure that the NFO collection recon and rollover/maturity related recon is completed within the stipulated time lines with appropriate communication with RTA and Bank.
• Ensure that all processes and systems are audit compliant.
• Resolution of reconciliation queries within stipulated timelines. Ensure lowest turn-around time in solving the collection related queries.
• Ensure effective communication with RTA, bankers, channel partners and internal departments for smooth workflow.
• Analysis of daily processes and suggest changes to ensure accuracy and avoid time wastage.
• Preparation of Banking letter and co-ordination with the Banks for outward/inward to ensure no overdraft.
• Continuous monitoring of risk areas in the work flow and ensure the optimum controls to mitigate the financial/regulatory risks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Accuracy in preparation of daily system/excel cash flow and smooth managing of fund utilization related activities.
• Good knowledge of System, Microsoft excel and word.
• Manage assigned tasks and projects independently.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE -

• B.COM/M.COM and MBA (Finance)/Inter CA with work experience of 3 to 3 years of cash flow and banking from the relevant industry.
