JJOB PURPOSE:

Circle Business Manager – Axis Bank Channel is a mix of tactical and strategic role with the responsibility of increasing
and deepening the market share by effectively managing the Axis Bank Channel in the circle. An aggressive growth path is

Circle Business Manager
– Axis Bank Channel PO Zonal Manager – Axis Bank Channel,
WestJob Purpose:
• To manage the Axis Bank channel business and increase Axis MF market share in the circle
Main Accountabilities:
• Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relations with the circle head & cluster heads to build circle
level strategies on products and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and sales and market share targets
• Build strong relationship with all cluster managers and key branches to ensure execution of strategies rolled out by the
circle
• Maximize resource productivity across segments in the circle and ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual funds
scheme within the channel.
• Drive/Initiate & execute training & development on products, soft skills and regulations to the bank employees
• Conduct regular investor level meets (one on one or at a group level)
• Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in
the circle
• Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all Bank employees
• Regular business review with internal (team members) & external (Circle/Cluster) teams

Job Requirements:
• The employee should have demonstrated significant contribution to the business growth through Banking Channel
• Ability to effectively lead a team to implement plans at the ground level
• The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute
• Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters
• Should be able to build local level business strategies
• The employee should have very strong written & verbal communication skills and understand business strategies
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
• Post-graduate qualification in Management
• Relevant Experience of 8 to 12 years
• NISM V-A certification is mandatory

and execute those at ground level

the last minute. Able to cope with change
• Credibility: has gained the respect from all members of the business, both consultants and support, and seen as
reliable, trustworthy and capable of performing the role; leads by example

• Industry Knowledge: should have strong business acumen, with good understanding of financial market data and
changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry.
