Circle Manager - BFSI (8-19 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch performance and business growth within the assigned circle.

- Manage a team of Branch Managers and ensure achievement of CASA, revenue, and cross-sell targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers.

- Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and service quality across branches.

- Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory guidelines.
