Requirement:
Min 5 years of experience in Coaching department preferablyfrom Aviation, Retail, Sports or Military Background.
Expertise in soft skills, communication, ability for specificdetailing and team building
Good at relation-building and demonstrate stronginterpersonal relationship skill
Minimum graduate withtraining/coaching certifications from reputed institutes.
Should have knowledge ofAdvance Excel, MIS Creation of Dashboard
Candidates having Military/SportsCoaching background working experience would be given first preference.
Should be able to speak at least 2-3 Indian languages.
Travel PAN India as per Training/ Coaching requirements.
Roles Responsibilities:
Identification of Coachingneeds their Content Development, and expertise in delivery Implementation.
Assess coaching needsthrough surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers orinstructors.
Deliver coaching toemployees using a variety of instructional techniques. Should be able tounderstand Individual Capacity and then deliver accordingly.
Build monthly, quarterly,and annual coaching/training program.
Implement coaching KPIs.
Prepare and presentreports on Coaching/Training program KPIs.
Record maintenance foraudit purpose
Measuring coachingeffectiveness
Interdepartmentalcoordination
