Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Identify business problems and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop detailed business cases and use cases to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and designers
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support business strategies
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business states
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand business needs and foster collaboration
- Create workflow diagrams, process models, and functional specifications
- Support project management by tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems
IT Skills and Experience
- Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background
SKILLS :
- Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
- Microsoft Office applications
- EUC Support
- Security
IT Qualifications
At least two of the following:
- Bachelor of Engineering Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
- ITIL qualification
- MCP certification
Experience in a similar role
- 5+years of relevant experience
