Role & responsibilities

• Entering contract terms in destiny for Facultative/Treaty covers in underwriting systems
• Ensure Accuracy of the input and maintain TAT requirements
• Adhoc/Automation Projects
• Deriving process efficiencies and Continuous Improvements
• Proactively problem solving to balance and manage internal and external expectations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.
• Deadline driven and proven ability to meet deliverables.
• Understand concepts of Lean and Six Sigma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and proven ability to monitor reporting requirements and timely delivery of required services.
• Self-starter, who is solution oriented and ability to work within a team environment
• Organized, detail oriented, ability to sort multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines
