AXA XLs Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (the CoE) is in place to centrally manage the risk of financial crime across all the AXA XL legal entities, Worldwide As such the CoE has responsibility forensuringthe risk of international sanctions violations, bribery and corruption, money laundering and fraud (third party and internal fraud)is managed.The CoE work with first and second lines of defence within AXA XL to ensure that financial crime risks are mitigated to acceptable levels, and in line with AXA Group Standards.
