Experience: 10+ years in staffing, workforce solutions, or business operations,
preferably in innovative or technology-driven environments
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the staffing vertical, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to SLAs.
Client-Centric Approach:
- Engage with key clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
- Act as the escalation point for client concerns and provide proactive, effective resolutions.
Growth Strategy:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design and execute strategies for expanding Awign's staffing business.
- Leverage market trends and insights to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and excellence.
- Mentor and upskill team members to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Utilize Awign's tech platform and analytics to monitor key metrics, optimize resource allocation, and drive performance improvements.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies for both operational excellence and client success.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, P&L, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Drive profitability through strategic planning and effective resource utilization.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with staffing operations.
Key Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience in staffing, workforce management, or operational leadership roles, ideally in tech-driven or innovative environments.
2. Strong understanding of distributed workforce models, staffing operations, and client engagement.
3. Proven track record of building scalable processes and driving business growth.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in handling cross-functional teams.
5. Data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
6. Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and cost optimization.
7. Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
