He/She should be persuasive and able to effectively hunting for leads through Cold Calling (40%), Emailing (40%), LinkedIn (20%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the stakeholders.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
Understand customer needs and requirements;
You need to explain the customer s requirements to our BA, and need to participate in planning meetings;
Act as a bridge between Clients and our Software Professionals team;
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations;
Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales;

Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from creating a database, Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure. Identifying potential business partners, researching, exploring and discovering opportunities for partnership;

Must Have 3+ years of experience in business development (B2B) in International Market;

Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources/channels);
