Job Title: Product Design Lead

Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our new product design efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about crafting user-centric designs that merge functionality with elegance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Define and lead the product design vision, ensuring alignment with business and user goals.
• UX Strategy: Develop and implement user experience strategies that drive engagement, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ideate, design, and iterate on innovative product solutions.
• User Research: Leverage insights from user research and data analytics to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Design Execution: Oversee the creation of high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems that maintain a consistent and scalable visual language.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.
• Cross-functional Advocacy: Advocate for design excellence within the organization, balancing user needs with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in product design, including hands-on UX and UI design expertise.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead design initiatives and mentor a team.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for digital products.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges.
• Design Systems: Comprehensive knowledge of design systems, including their creation, implementation, and maintenance for consistent user experiences.
• Brand Design: Demonstrated experience in creating brand designs, including websites, marketing materials, and other visual assets that align with brand identity.
