Job Title: Lead UI Developer

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Chennai, Remote

We are looking for a skilled Lead UI Developer to spearhead the development of highly responsive, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for our new product. This role is perfect for an experienced developer passionate about crafting high-quality front-end solutions while mentoring and inspiring a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between design and technology, to deliver impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, and implementation of highly responsive and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features, including product managers, backend developers, and designers.
• Establish best practices for UI development, code quality, and maintainability.
• Drive the implementation of unit testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and robustness.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, AI/ML, and related fields.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in writing and maintaining unit tests using modern testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in UI development is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
