Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, field visits, and on-the-ground sales activities. In addition, they will actively participate in marketing efforts to promote the companys products/services, build relationships, and drive sales in the field. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales & Prospecting: Identify and target new sales opportunities by conducting on-the-ground research, cold calling, and visiting potential clients in the field.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Meet face-to-face with current and potential clients to understand their needs, build trust, and present tailored solutions that address their pain points.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective clients through direct meetings, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in the local market and surrounding areas, working to expand the company’s footprint and reach.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate and qualify new leads through various methods including networking, referrals, and field visits. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to close deals.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Work on the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and work towards achieving set sales targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new business.
  • Customer Feedback & Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from the field to relay insights to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activity, and market conditions in the company’s CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to drive brand visibility and attract new leads.
