We are Indias 4th largest plastic molded furniture manufacturer and listed on NSE/BSE and in operation since 22 years having brand name of AVON and AVRO

We are also one of the biggest post-consumer plastic recycling company having modern infrastructure in Ghaziabad with current capacity of appx 1000 M.T. per month of processing to be scaled further to be India’s largest.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in the recycling industry or related fields to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the plastic recycling market. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the plastic recycling sector.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the recycling industry.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the recycling, polymer, masterbatch, compounding industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the plastic recycling industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
