Position- Production Supervisor

Location- Dasna Masuri-Ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our injection moulding plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes, and leading a team to meet production targets. This role requires a strong background in injection moulding, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on continuous improvement and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Supervise daily operations of the injection moulding production line, ensuring timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues..
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures and conduct regular inspections of finished products.
• Address any quality issues promptly and work with the quality control department to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• CIPET Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in a production role within the injection molding industry.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.

• Skills and Competencies:
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a production team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication skills,both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant tools.
