Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Location: Suchithra Circle, Kompally

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive, organized professional capable of handling multiple accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
• Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.
• Manage payroll processing and related records (if applicable).
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Review and update accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/CWA Semi-Qualified candidates preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing (if applicable).
• Familiarity with tax laws and compliance regulations.
