JOB FACTORS

Key Responsibilities but not limited

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage Operations data./ inventory/supply chain
• Analyse data to improve overall efficiency and manage business risks.
• Support in drafting local procedures in accordance with ABS guidelines
• Generate and monitor performance on agreed KPIs and execute root cause analysis.
• Develop excel metric dashboards and distribute daily / weekly / monthly KPI reports.
• Documentation of vendor documents / SOP’s etc
• Manage vendor performance through dashboards, evaluate & review with department head
• Ensure proper data in the ERP system (NAVISION/BC), CRM, MS database etc - SAP/
• Data maintenance and trouble shooting
• Conducting periodic customer survey and provide solutions for improvement
• Automation of various activities using IT tools
• Support on implementation of ERP in the organisation.

Specialized Knowledge / Skills

• Bachelors degree with min 3-5 year experience as data analyst/ supply chain analyst
• Proficient in computer skills, advanced Microsoft excel, SQL,VBA ,Business Central, Database , programming language knowledge is added advantage .
• Advanced English speaking and writing.
• Professional communication skills.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
