Job Description:
- Experience in handling a region and large teams is a must.
- Should have strong leadership skills and articulative.
- Should have minimum 3+ years Digital Content & Ad Sales experience (Online Media Sales).
- South region primarily refers to Karnataka, AP and Telangana.
- An ideal person should have strong contacts with digital media agencies, media buyers, and digital marketing teams at direct advertisers.
- Should be good in content ideation, storytelling about building brands and must be articulative.
- Experience in closing branded content campaigns / deals, combo deals like Digital + TV, and content syndication deals.
- Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
- Brand Integrations in Video Content, Sponsorship sales for Exclusive content. Effective communication with proven managerial abilities.
- Aggressively chase sales targets. Identify, research, and target potential business prospects towards increasing the market share.
- Have to be proactive and manage the sales pipeline on his/her own depending on the monthly revenue targets.
- Drive new client acquisition.
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and agencies.. -Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Content & Ad Sales (Online Media Sales), with a proven track record in handling large teams and regional markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive sales performance.
- Experience handling the South region (Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) is preferred.
- Established network of contacts within digital media agencies, media buyers, and digital marketing teams at direct advertisers.
- Expertise in branded content sales, sponsorship sales, and content syndication deals.
- Ability to craft and pitch compelling brand integration and storytelling strategies to advertisers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in closing combo deals (Digital + TV) and executing high-value branded content campaigns.
- Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and managerial skills.
- Highly proactive with the ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets.
