They are responsible for building strategic relationships with customers, ensuring that theyre achieving the highest level of satisfaction, and advising them on long-term growth strategies
In This Role, You Will
Identify and generate new qualified opportunities through multi-channel communication (cold-calls, emails, video calls, online, social) as needed
Leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders
Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to sales order placement
Manage a book of business and maintain active engagement with both new and existing leads, while sustaining strong client relationships
Develop a deep understanding of each client account, account history, key stakeholders, the decision-making process, business plan objectives, areas of opportunity, strategies to grow the business, pain points, and competitive landscape
Plan, execute, and deliver product suggestions, business proposals, and pitch decks to clients in alignment with Avid Apparels margin requirements and strategic revenue goals
Develop and execute key account plans to deliver key account growth targets
Work closely with production to maximize sales and sell through by delivering orders by analyzing current inventory levels and availability during the sales cycle
Participate and present, in meetings with Sales leadership, the following information: sales pipeline, account status, key success factors (size of current pipeline, number of cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, closed deals, etc), roadblocks/concerns/request for help
Report directly to the VP of Sales

Core Skills Experience Required
Proven experience in the same or a similar role
Previous experience in the apparel industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
