Team Lead - Fund Raise & Investor Outreach - AIF Fund (5-12 yrs)

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for the new category II AIF.

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and IFAs'.

- Ensure whitelisting of products

- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and oversee investor onboarding.

- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and roadshows.

- Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and maintain investor relations.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams for seamless operations.

- Drive investor engagement.

- Build and manage team.

Industry Preference:

- Experience in the AIF, AMC/PMS/wealth management sectors.

- Understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and investor expectations in these industries.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

- Graduate with MBA or CFA preferred.
