Job Summary:
As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives to commercialize a cutting-edge wellness platform. You will lead sales and marketing efforts, identify new growth opportunities, and establish strong partnerships within the wellness industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling digital health solutions and a strong industry network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand market presence.
Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, setting clear performance goals.
- Establish partnerships with corporate wellness programs, practitioners, and healthcare providers.
- Drive customer acquisition through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in wellness, health-tech, or digital health industries.
- Proven ability to lead and scale sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in commercializing digital products and scaling app-based solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
