About the Role :
- Avensys is seeking a highly skilled SAP Case Management Consultant to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Case Management solutions for our clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
SAP Case Management Configuration :
- Configure SAP Case Management to meet specific business needs.
- Define case types, stages, and workflows.
- Customize case forms and screens.
- Integrate Case Management with other SAP modules (CRM, S/4HANA) and external systems.
Process Design and Optimization :
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement efficient case management workflows.
- Optimize case handling time and resolution rates.
Data Migration and Integration :
- Migrate data from legacy systems to SAP Case Management.
- Integrate Case Management with other systems using ALE/IDoc, BAPI, and Web Services.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
User Training and Support :
- Provide training to end-users on how to use SAP Case Management.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Solution Management :
- Manage and document changes to the SAP Case Management solution.
- Adhere to SAP best practices and standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Case Management configuration and customization.
- In-depth understanding of SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and related modules.
- Experience with SAP Workflow, BRF+, and ABAP programming.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (ALE/IDoc, BAPI, Web Services).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for custom user interfaces.
- Understanding of data migration and data management principles.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for managing and documenting changes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
