Position: Analyst - Front-end Investment Banking

Qualification:

- B.Tech. graduates from Tier 1 College/University

- Commerce/ Finance/Economics graduates from Tier 1 College/University

- CAs

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/Valuation/Due Diligence/Equity Research

Job Responsibilities

Sector coverage & Support towards Business Development

- Create a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.

- Undertake multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reports

- Participate in potential client and investor outreach

- Prepare Pitches for prospective deal situations with strong qualitative and quantitative aspects, clearly bringing out our understanding of client's target market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, business benchmarking, etc.

- Financial analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.

Deal Execution

- Prepare collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandums, valuation materials, data books with analysis and insights

- Manage the due diligence process, and gradually front-end the relationship with the respective client representatives

- Assist in the overall deal coordination with the Associates and senior team in engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintain updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)
