Senior Associate - Investment Banking (3-6 yrs)

Looking for a good candidate with an Investment banking experience who has done front end client handling work.

Qualification: MBA Finance from a reputed college

Experience: min 3 years Investment Banking experience in front end IB firm / Big4

Job Description:

1. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

2. Responsible for:

a. Preparing pitch books / company profiles

b. Industry study and reports

c. Trading comps, precedent transactions comps

d. Valuation models

e. Company focused discussion documents

f. Studying, building & analyzing different business & financial models

3. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power point is essential

4. Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights

5. Contacting Industry players for potential M&A opportunities globally.

6. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision
