Job Description

  • To ensure that a company's administration is running smoothly, particularly with regard to the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Secretarial support for the Company;
2. Statutory Compliances under the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing (LODR) Regulations, SEBI (PIT) Regulations and Corporate Laws. Ensuring compliances as applicable to the other business process and functions;
3. Preparation of Board and Committee Meeting agenda and minutes of the Company. Ensuring communication and implementation of the Board decision and policies.
4. Co-ordination with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities (ROC, SEBI, MCA), Depositories including handling Regulatory Audits and Inspections.
5. Actively involved in the tracking, interpretation, and end to end implementation of circulars and regulations issued by the Exchanges, Depositories SEBI and communicating the same to relevant teams with actionable;
6. Ensure all periodic and ad-hoc regulatory filings are submitted correctly and in time;
7. Updation of Statutory registers and records;
8. Streamline and improve existing compliance and operational processes;
9. Any other work related to secretarial matters as may be assigned.

Skill Sets required:

1. Knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI laws, Listing Compliances (incl. debt listing);
2. Strong administrative, interpersonal skills;
3. Good Communication skills (spoken and written);
4. Meticulous attention to detail;
5. Excellent organisation and time management
