Senior Manager - Sustainability (10-20 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy, aligning with corporate goals and standards

- Oversee the integration of sustainability initiatives across all business units and geographies

- Act as a key advisor to senior business management on sustainability related issues and opportunities

- To drive the upcoming Net Zero Commitment of Company at divisional level and provide support at Corporate level

Program Management:

- Design and implement sustainability programs and initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility

- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Drive innovation in sustainable practices and technologies in Agri related operations

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs and industry groups to advance sustainability initiatives

- Engage with internal teams to promote a culture of sustainability and ensure alignment with company objectives Reporting and Communication

- Prepare and present sustainability reports to senior management and external stakeholders

- Communicate sustainability achievements and progress to internal and external audiences

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess sustainability related risks and opportunities within the agribusiness operations

- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure robust management of environmental and social impacts
