AppSheet Developer (4-6 yrs)

Job Title : AppSheet No-Code Developer.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AppSheet No-Code Developer to join us on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using the AppSheet platform by Google.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in our company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into efficient AppSheet solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy user-friendly and scalable applications that meet specific business needs.

- Integrate AppSheet applications with other systems and data sources as required.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure applications are reliable, performant, and meet user expectations.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AppSheet features, best practices, and no-code development trends.

Contribute to the digital transformation of our recruitment system by :

- Building and maintaining AppSheet applications to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and automate workflows.

- Setting up and customizing dashboards for recruiters and team leaders using Looker Studio and SQL to provide data-driven insights.

- Developing and implementing solutions using App Scripts to optimize processes, such as allocating job profiles and monitoring candidate status.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a No-Code Developer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful AppSheet projects.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and API integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building efficient and user-friendly applications.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with other no-code platforms or tools.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Google AppSheet certification.

Location : Sector 63, Noida.

Shift : US (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM).
