EOR Sales Specialist - US Market (2-5 yrs)

Work Location: Hyderabad(Begumpet)

Shift Timings : 6:30 PM -3:30 AM or 7:00PM - 4:00AM

Mode of Work : Work from office

KPI's :

- Lead conversion by creating and giving the sales pitch to the clients

- Ensuring target achievements of sales and lead to conversion ratio

- Establishing minimum count of vendors connects in each geography

- Establishing relationships with the vendors and negotiating for most cost effective solutions

- Negotiating payments terms and credit cycles

- Risk management and ensuring no defaults

- Creating a compliance database for each country in different geographies
