Job Title: Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR Location: Bangalore Work mode: Onsite (Work from office) Experience: 5-7 years Responsibilities: 1. Handle recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. 2. Conduct employee orientations and training programs. 3. Organize and lead exciting employee engagement activities that enhance team spirit and create a thriving work culture. 4. Diligently maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 5. Manage employee relations with a proactive approach, swiftly addressing grievances and resolving workplace issues to maintain harmony. 6. Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with and propel the overall business strategy. 7. Provide crucial support for various HR projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion and contributing to the organizations growth and success. Skills required: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. High level of attention to details. Very well organized and systematic in thinking and approach 3. Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. 4. Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and required templates. 5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. 6. High on energy and focus to achieve outcomes. Educational Qualification: • Any Graduate, MBA in HR will be preferred.
