Job Description
- Finding out required key roles and successful identification of resources for succession planning
- Identify the training needs and organize in/out house training against requirements.
- Coordinate initial induction training
- Employee motivation activities and coordination of employee engagement activities.
- Completion of periodical reviews.
- Documentation of different types of training and expenses incurred on an employee regarding his training.
- Arranging and conducting interviews/initials screening the candidates coordinating in recruitment.
- Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievances or issues.
- Interaction with employees and taking measures to increase employee satisfaction.
- Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
- Completion of employee engagement activity within the stipulated period of time.
- Successful completion of Ad-hoc activities assigned.
