• Job allocation to technicians and monitoring of work
• Ensure quality repair job on the vehicle
• Provide complete and effective solution for all complaints on the vehicle
• Ensure adherence to standard repair guidelines for the activities carried out on the vehicle
• Ensure use of special tools as recommended by DICV
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on workshop floor
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on the workshop
• Effective utilization of manpower and other resources to maximize bay productivity
• Ensure vehicle is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer
