Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for onsite kitchen operation.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Oversees the purchasing, scheduling, inventory and warehousing of materials.
• Monitors store inventories and purchasing activities partnering closely with operations to avoid delays.
• Provides direction and guidance to the purchasing team and warehouse.
• Interviews vendors and visits supplier distribution centers and plants to learn about prices, products, and services.
• Negotiates contracts for the site and works out agreements with suppliers for product delivery.
• Performs analysis of price proposals and other information to determine reasonable pricing.
• Other duties and projects, as needed.
  

Your Education Should Be…

• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• 2+ years of experience as a materials professional in a manufacturing environment.
