Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Design, deploy, and manage LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Configure and maintain network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and outages.
- Conduct network capacity planning and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and other departments to align network strategies with business goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the network infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Lead or Senior Network Engineer.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security measures.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other network hardware and software.
