Job Description
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and Intel-based hardware systems.
- Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including patch management, antivirus, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and outages.
- Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support system-related needs and projects.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a WIntel Admin or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server administration and Intel-based hardware.
- Experience with system diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional on-site visits and remote work flexibility.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work for system upgrades or troubleshooting.
