Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of WIntel administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and Intel-based hardware systems.
- Develop and implement system policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including patch management, antivirus, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-related issues and outages.
- Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and other departments to align system strategies with business goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS :- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a WIntel Lead or Senior WIntel Admin.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server administration and Intel-based hardware.
- Experience with system diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) are a plus.
