We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with 5 years of experience in handling organic and paid social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and paid advertising, helping clients build their brand presence and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the client s brand voice and goals.
Design and implement advertising strategies across social platforms to maximize ROI.
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices to ensure effective campaigns.
Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Proven ability to create and execute data-driven social media campaigns.
Hands-on experience with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
Excellent understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and brand positioning.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media automation and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
