Business Analyst (5-8 yrs)

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience for our client in the IT industry. This position is based in Gurugram and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market analysis and assess the profitability of business processes.

- Develop and monitor data and requirement quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

- Create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

- Lead Business Requirements Gathering, and document Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).

- Perform gap analysis and prioritize new functionality requirements to align with project goals and methodologies, including SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum.

- Utilize project management and defect tracking tools and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Meet with business representatives to understand processes and gather requirements via interviews, focus groups, and workflow analysis.

- Provide functional support in test case preparation and review.
