HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the implementation of various human resources programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR functions and be adept at managing a wide range of HR activities to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage various HR programs and initiatives.
• Advise and support management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and training programs.
• Manage performance management processes and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll, and compensation processes.
• Handle HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
