Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage gold loan sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  
• Identify new opportunities for growth through cross-selling of other banking products.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales or related field (NBFC).
  
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly gold loans.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
