Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering and project management roles. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Ahmedabad technology market, extensive local connections, and a passion for employer branding. This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on technical roles and at least 2+ years working within Ahmedabad. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Enhance the companys employer brand by organizing and managing recruitment events, engaging in social media activities, and contributing to brand positioning strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and align strategies to fulfill these requirements.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with local industry trends to adjust hiring strategies as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring for technology companies.
3+ years of experience recruiting for software engineers and project managers.
2+ years of work experience in Ahmedabad, with strong local connections.
Proven experience in employer branding, with a track record of utilizing social media and other platforms to engage potential candidates and enhance brand visibility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency with different recruitment portals and creative sourcing techniques.
Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Compensation
Attri Inc. offers competitive compensation, aiming to pay in the 90th percentile or higher of the local pay range for senior technology recruiters.
