MIS-Associate

Job Overview.

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Associate to support our plant's data reporting and management functions.

The successful candidate will report to the Central Data team and the Factory Manager, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting across various departments.

This role requires proficiency in MS Excel and experience in consolidating data into actionable reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities.

Data Collection:.

Gather data from multiple departments within the plant to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Report Preparation:.

Compile, analyze, and consolidate data into comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.

Present insights and data trends based on the collected information.

Data Management:.

Ensure proper storage and organization of data to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.

Collaboration:.

Work closely with various department heads to gather relevant data and ensure consistent reporting practices.

Liaise with the Central Data team to ensure alignment on data formats and report templates.

MS Excel Expertise:.

Utilize advanced MS Excel features (e g, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data analysis and report creation.

Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time data insights.

Stakeholder Communication:.

Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to share consolidated reports and provide clarifications when necessary.

Provide data insights that support decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
