We are a leading recycling company focused on Lithium-Ion battery and e-waste recycling and specialize in the processing and recovery of various metals. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled metals sales expert to join our team. The person will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our recycled metals and other materials to customers in various industries and geographies. Your expertise in the metals market, strong communication skills, and ability to negotiate effectively will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base for recycled materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our recycled materials. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Generate sales reports and provide regular updates.

Qualifications:

• Engineering background. An MBA will be preferred.
• Experience in metal sales or related sectors such as metal/ material trading.
• Strong knowledge of metals. Familiarity with metal pricing mechanisms and global metal markets is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and present compelling sales proposals.
