HR Business Partner - NGO (3-4 yrs)

Position: HR Business Partner.

Organisation: A Leading NGO.

Experience: 3-5 yrs.

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters.

Location: Hyderabad.

Job Description:

- Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the Hyderabad & Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Pune) Region in alignment with organizational goals and compliances.

- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the Hyderabad & Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Pune) Region,.

- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to execute training and development programs for employees in the Hyderabad & Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Pune) Region.

- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for Hyderabad & Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Pune) Region employees.

- Monitor HR metrics and trends in the Hyderabad & Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Pune) Region, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance HR.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR.

- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals from different cultural backgrounds.

- Can work independently with little supervision.
