Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires handling employee queries, grievances, engagement initiatives, and compliance-related processes while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Ensures a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.
- Manages Full & Final (F&F) clearances, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Addresses employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manages employee grievances with fairness and professionalism, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Acts as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Drives employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Monitors and manages employee retention strategies, ensuring a motivated workforce.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Handles payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manages health insurance benefits and Sodexo meal vouchers for employees.
- Oversees ESOP portal management, ensuring seamless administration and compliance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintains and updates employee databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Ensures adherence to HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Supports audits and reporting requirements related to HR functions.
- This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless HR experience for employees and stakeholders.
