Description:

Atoa is building the next generation of in-store payment solutions for the UK, allowing any consumer to pay with their existing Bank App. As our first RevOps hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape this function, drive lead generation, optimize data management, and automate key processes. Your work will support sales and marketing efforts in a high-growth fintech environment with ample opportunities for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities:

- Data Generation & Enrichment: Generate a comprehensive list of verified contacts across companies in the UK and Ireland market. Identify 3-4 relevant contacts per company, focusing on decision-makers. We will brief you on the target customer persona.

- Data Management & CRM Hygiene: Verify, enrich, and attribute contact data before adding it to the Pipedrive CRM for the sales team to target. Ensure data quality and accuracy, helping maintain CRM hygiene and preventing any data leaks across the funnel.

- CRM Management: Assist the sales team in maintaining a clean deal pipeline with validated contacts whilst also removing bad quality data.

- Integration & Process Automation: Optimize and manage integrations with Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach,Hunter.io and Clay, ensuring seamless operations across these tools. Automate lead generation and enrichment processes for non-integrated data sources, supporting scalability and efficiency.

- Outreach Management: Oversee LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, supporting the sales or marketing team to engage prospects at the right time in the funnel. Ensure timely delivery of data insights to aid in prospect outreach and conversion.

- Sales Training & RevOps Support: Assist in training sales staff on CRM usage, data best practices, and outreach strategies. Provide ongoing support for other RevOps activities, such as data cleanup, reporting, and optimizing RevOps workflows.

- Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report key sales and marketing metrics, automating the reporting process wherever possible. Provide actionable insights to help teams make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills:

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with RevOps tools (Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, Clay, Kaspr), and a strong grasp of data handling and automation within a CRM like Pipedrive.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret large data sets, spot trends, and deliver actionable insights. Detail-oriented approach to prevent data errors and optimize data hygiene.

- Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales and marketing processes in high-velocity environments and ability to support these functions with data-driven insights.

- Communication Skill: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams. You'll be working closely with your colleagues in the UK team.

Experience:

- RevOps & Data Management: 2-3 years in a RevOps role with experience in lead generation, data management, data enrichment and CRM management for a fast-paced business environment, preferably within fintech or SaaS.

- Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving work environment and able to contribute strategically and tactically.
