Role Overview :
- We are looking for a Quality Analyst who can manually test and automate our product end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in product/sprint planning meetings.
- Write test cases and scenarios, estimate, and provide due dates for requirements
- Automate previous sprint tasks
- Ensure zero bugs are identified in production and pre-production environments
- Attend stand-ups and contribute to team discussions
- Provide ideas and fine-tune existing products
- Take pride in identifying and fixing bugs to ensure they never recur
- Analyze customer usage and monitor analytics on features developed
- Help your team achieve goals and challenge yourself for better solutions
- Present monthly demos of your work and achievements to the entire team/company
- Engage in personal projects and open-source contributions
- Embrace continuous learning and have fun
What We Look for in an Interview :
- Effective and precise communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated achievements in tackling complex challenges
- Passion for your work and readiness to operate in a challenging environment with high ownership
- Ability to write detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Postman, Selenium, Flutter, Run scope, or Katalon.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to understand business requirements and use-cases
- Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in mobile app testing (Android & iOS) is a plus
- Experience in FinTech product testing is advantageous
