Job Description
- 10-15 years relevant experience
- Expertise in design and implementation of Microsoft technologies at enterprise level;
- Microsoft Active Directory Services in a hybrid on-premises and cloud hosted environment
- Well experienced in managing enterprise identity cloud directories including Microsoft Azure AD, AWS Microsoft AD
- Possess experience in analysing current Directory Services environment and recommend improvement action plans
- Hands-on experience in managing Multiple Domains and Forests, Groups, Users, Service and Computer Accounts
- Apt at Identity Management design and implementation, Security and Audit Policy Settings, and Group Policy Management (planning, implementing, and troubleshooting)
- Experienced in managing Active Directory Certificate Services
- Sound experience in deploying and supporting O365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Expertise in managing migrations - O365 migrations, AWS migrations, etc.
- Good experience in supporting Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, ADFS, SSO, LDAP.
- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, LDAP, etc. Proven experience in performing server upgrades, patch management, and allied tasks
- Proficient in interacting with Microsoft Support for service related needs.
- Excellent PowerShell skills to support administration/automation needs
- Strong experience in disaster recovery design and execution.
- Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident and problem resolution mechanisms
- Working knowledge of ITIL
- Good project management skills
