Responsibilities:
15-20 years in providing solutions and supporting Microsoft Windows environments,including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint, with expertise in system design, deployment, management, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise systems and cloud services
Serve as the highest escalation point for complex AD, Azure AD, and SharePoint-related issues
Lead incident management efforts, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely
resolution of critical incidents; provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot
critical AD, Azure AD, and SharePoint incidents and problems
Lead and oversee major projects involving system migrations, upgrades, and consolidations
Design, deploy, and manage a secure, scalable, and highly available Active Directory
infrastructure
Implement and manage AD replication, site configuration, and topology design
Develop and enforce AD schema extensions and modifications
Design and implement hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and
related technologies
Integrate on-premises AD with Azure AD for seamless identity management across cloud
and on-premises environments
Implement and manage System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Operations
Manager (SCOM)
Implement and manage Windows Server roles and features, including DNS, DHCP, and
WINS
Extensive experience managing multiple domains and forests, including groups, users,
service accounts, and computer accounts
Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans for AD,
Azure AD, and SharePoint
Manage AD, Azure AD, and SharePoint backups and perform regular recovery drills to
ensure data integrity and availability
Implement and manage failover clustering and multi-site configurations
Provide expert management and support for legacy Microsoft Windows systems, ensuring
compatibility and integration with modern AD environments
Lead migration projects to transition from legacy systems to current technologies while
maintaining system integrity and minimizing downtime
Develop and enforce AD, Azure AD, and SharePoint security policies, including user
access controls, group policies, and organizational units (OUs)
Demonstrated expertise in performing server upgrades, patch management, and related
tasks
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and
GDPR
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary remediation measures
Implement and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Services
Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI) for automation of routine tasks and
process improvements
Document solutions and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes
Skilled in liaising with Microsoft Support for service-related needs
Good project management skills
