Job Description
- Expert in the field in terms of system understanding, troubleshooting, and working independently.
- Bug fixing and product development experience in DB/ETL tools.
- Updating and maintaining of Confluence WIKI and technical runbooks documentation of processes and procedures
- Development of knowledge and skills in
- ETL BODS, HVR-Software and Airflow.
- BI Tableau., BOXI
- Database Snowflake.
- OS Scripting Windows Batch scripting, Unix/ Linux Shell scripts
- Other - Python
- Provide post-implementation support to customers that use INTUITIVE s product and services who submit support issues through a web portal, email, telephone, Internet-based chat applications, and/or video conference.
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Follow the standard operating procedures and update them accordingly.
- Focus on resolving problems/tickets with minimum supervision.
- Ability to beat the target by working within the SLAs defined.
- Log, track, and follow up on issues raised by the customer using the ticketing system to communicate with the greater INTUITIVE team.
- Strong ability to diagnose errors, events, or issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter and dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Solve problems creatively in a timely fashion.
